Who is behind Career Pockets?
Career Pockets is led by Ratik Katheriya, who brings 6+ years of professional experience across investment banking, project finance, sales & trading and private equity (real assets).
Over the course of his career, Ratik has worked with organisations including Avendus Capital, KPMG India, Gaw Capital, Alpha Alternatives and HDFC Bank, gaining experience across different areas of finance and investment management.
Beyond his professional experience, Ratik has also personally explored and cracked roles across Equity Research, Chief of Staff, Discretionary Equity Trading and Asset Management. This experience has given him a practical understanding of not just the technical requirements of finance roles, but also how candidates can position themselves, prepare and navigate the recruitment process.
Ratik completed his MBA from IIM Indore in 2020 and has also cleared CFA Level II, both on his first attempt.
